The crimson butterfly mask was one of 80 unique masks I made for wedding guests for my November Masquerade wedding. This particular mask still has all of the tied rafia and thank you card attached. Each mask was similarly bound with it's ribbons behind it, and placed on each table setting for guests. Unique about this piece is the crushed velvet overlayed over the mask form. In person, you can see and feel design elements in the butteryfly wings. Additionaly, the gold and crimson gimp trim offsets the velvet perfectly. This one was a must keep for me, and it enjoys a spot in my mask collection.
