The owner of this mask was kind enough to bring it back to me, to be shot for the website. This mask was a great experiment for me, and I love what was produced from it. The addition of the black satin ruffle was trim that I found at a fabric store years ago, and pumps up the volume of the mask tremendously. If I get the chance to aquire more in the future I will be buying as much as possible. The face of the mask is covered in a rich burgundy taffeta and complemented by the black and gold trim racing from the nose in three stripes. The ribbons to tie the mask on with are black grosgrain, and, the back is lined with felt to absorb moisture from anyone wearing it.
